Who am i?

If you don’t know already, my name is Louis Dowdeswell and I’m a professional full-time trumpet player.

I started playing at seven years old, studied at music school, and later attended the Royal Academy of Music, where I earned my qualifications. From there, I built my career performing on film soundtracks, creating my own music as a soloist, and eventually leading my own big band.

I’ve had the privilege of working with top artists like Michael Bublé, Robbie Williams, and Seal and performing on TV shows like The X-Factor and BBC’s Children in Need. I’ve also played with prestigious orchestras, including the Royal Philharmonic and English National Orchestra.

Beyond performing, I now teach at the Royal Academy of Music—the very place that helped launch my career.

I offer a no-questions-asked refund policy. If you decide early on that the program isn’t right for you, you’ll get a full refund. If you’ve completed part of the program, you’ll receive a partial refund based on how far you’ve progressed.
